For the lastest new production of our wireless mouse usb connector has some adjustment to the software program, which lead to the problem of ZET-A8 laptop can not connect of the left side USB.

Here to sate: ZET-A8 USB ports are without any problem, it is the wireless mouse usb compatible probem with ZET-A8.

The wireless mouse usb connector can only connect to ZET-A8 right side usb port.

Please be noted.

We will soon solve this problem within a week.

Before it, please use the right side usb port to connect the wireless mouse.
